General Manager

Motivate and direct team members to exceed customer expectations with fast, friendly service while overseeing inventory management, labor allocation, and financial analysis to optimize restaurant performance. Handle daily ordering and invoicing, organize and supervise shifts, and maintain strong floor presence to ensure smooth operations and address issues promptly. Provide training and mentorship for new employees and managers across all stations, recruit and develop talent, and ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and store policies. Lead by example in delivering exemplary customer service and managing the expo station for timely food delivery. This role requires 2+ years of hospitality management experience, bilingual proficiency is a plus, and includes health benefits, PTO, and 401(k) matching.
