Job Summary
Lead the Compressed Air Division with full P&L ownership, developing annual business plans and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability. Manage regional sales, service, and operations teams while establishing territory strategies, pricing initiatives, and growth plans across equipment, service, rentals, and parts. Oversee all operational functions including warehouse, field service, and fleet utilization to maximize technician response times and first-time fix rates. Champion a customer-first culture by resolving significant issues, maintaining key account relationships, and implementing continuous improvement programs for safety and efficiency. Recruit and develop high-performing leaders, conduct regular business reviews, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Travel 20–25% to support branch locations and industry events.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in industrial distribution, compressed air systems, rotating equipment, manufacturing, or a related industry
- Demonstrated success leading multi-functional business operations with full P&L responsibility
- Experience leading sales, service, operations, and financial performance within a service-oriented industrial business
- Strong understanding of industrial equipment sales, aftermarket service, maintenance contracts, and customer lifecycle management
- Proven ability to develop leaders and build high-performing teams
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, pricing strategies, and profitability improvement initiatives
- Excellent strategic planning, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers, employees, suppliers, and executive leadership
- Proficiency with ERP, CRM, and business intelligence reporting systems
- Ability to travel approximately 20–25% to support branch locations, customers, and industry events
