Job Summary

The General Manager for DCPA Broadway/Cabaret productions and Artistic Programmer for Cabaret drives day-to-day financial, operational, and administrative leadership across multiple Broadway and Cabaret presentations, including contract management, revenue forecasting, and budget stewardship. Responsibilities include overseeing production budgets, negotiating deals and CBAs, managing event operations and show settlements, and providing KPI-driven reporting in collaboration with IT and Marketing. The role also entails selecting Cabaret titles and overseeing high-level creative aspects of self-produced productions, including director hiring, casting, and design concepts, to maximize space usage and net revenue. The position requires interfacing with unions (e.g., Denver Musicians Association, Local 719), participating in industry groups, and occasional travel. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and 5+ years of related experience with budget and team management is expected; proficiency with Microsoft, Tessitura, Martus, Sage, and Ramp is valued. The role is based in Denver, CO with a hybrid work option (up to two days remote on Mondays and Fridays).
