Job Summary
General Manager role overseeing all aspects of operations for a regional facility in Pennsylvania. Leads production, quality assurance, inventory control, sanitation, maintenance, purchasing and supervision of staff; collaborates with Safety, Legal, and QA teams to ensure GMPs, OSHA compliance, audit readiness, and recall-team participation. Controls costs across facility operations, drives budgeting and KPI achievement (labor, productivity, yield), trains personnel on equipment use, and manages vendor relationships, SOP enforcement, and customer issue resolution. Responsible for safety-focused culture, housekeeping, and continuous improvement across manufacturing and distribution processes; will sign NDA and coordinate with multiple departments to optimize operational efficiency.
