Job Summary

Lead the Company Shop by coaching and developing staff, executing product quality standards, and building sales while controlling costs for each shift. Select and hire employees who represent Company Values, train them to the next level, and create development plans to reduce turnover. Delegate tasks, hold the team accountable, and provide timely performance appraisals based on defined goals. Educate staff on personnel policies, labor laws, and safety procedures, while administering benefits and payroll. Delight customers with great food and good vibes, handle complaints, measure satisfaction, and ensure cleanliness, security, and sanitation standards are met. Increase comp sales, create marketing plans, and control food, labor, and inventory costs. Work a minimum of 45 hours per week, standing and walking 9-10 hours daily, with 80-90% of time on the shop floor in the Front of the House.

Must be able to tolerate potential allergens: peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish
Must have the ability to select, develop, inspire and manage strong teams
