Job Summary
Coach, develop, and engineer high-performing store leadership teams while attracting and retaining talent across all levels. Foster engagement through open communication, cultural alignment, and team-building initiatives to uphold exceptional guest experiences. Drive operational excellence by holding teams accountable to brand standards, analyzing P&L results, and resolving store-specific challenges through cross-functional partnerships. Strategically identify trends using scorecards to improve performance and promote the brand via local marketing and community presence. Requires one year of full-service restaurant GM experience or three to five years of service industry management, plus Servsafe and Responsible Alcohol Service certifications. Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of full-service restaurant General Manager experience
- 3-5 years of service industry management experience
- Internal candidates must be in good standing and free of performance issues within a 1-year time-period
- Servsafe certification
- Responsible Alcohol Service certification
