General Manager Position

Oversee in-store shifts and administrative work, ensuring team members correctly prep fruit, blend frozen bases, top smoothie bowls, take orders, clean stations, and execute customer service. Manage product consistency, portion sizes, and presentation while investigating customer complaints. Place orders for food and dry goods, verify deliveries, and maintain inventory numbers. Balance cash tills, make bank deposits, distribute tips, and assist with equipment maintenance. Handle hiring, employee evaluations, and resolve personnel issues. Organize training programs, adhere to opening/closing procedures, and execute corporate marketing tactics and community outreach. Work 50 hours weekly including admin duties and attend mandatory meetings.
