Job Summary
General Manager sought to lead daily restaurant operations at our Popeyes location in Frankfort, IN. Responsibilities include directing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company standards across product preparation, delivery, customer relations, maintenance and repair, inventory management, and team management; recruiting and retention of team members; maintaining financial accountability; delivering high-quality products and services to customers; and interpreting Profit and Loss statements. Must demonstrate effective oral and written communication, data analysis, leadership, and computer literacy to manage operations and drive performance.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year of General Manager experience with another concept or be recommended by his/her current Area Manager
- effective oral and written communication skills
