Job Summary
Direct daily operations of the Popeyes restaurant in Kalamazoo. Ensure compliance with company standards across product preparation and delivery, customer relations, maintenance and repair, inventory management, and team management, including recruiting and retention of team members and financial accountability. Deliver high-quality products and services to customers. Must have six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year GM experience with another concept (or be recommended by Area Manager). Requires strong oral and written communication, data calculation/analysis, leadership, and ability to interpret Profit and Loss statements; must be computer literate.
