Job Summary
General Manager sought to direct the daily operations of a Popeyes restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards across product preparation and delivery, customer relations, maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, and recruitment/retention, while delivering high-quality products and services. Must have managerial experience with Popeyes or GM experience with another concept, strong communication and data-interpretation skills, leadership, and comfort with P&L analysis and being computer literate.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year General Manager experience with another concept or recommended by current Area Manager

- ability to interpret Profit and Loss Statements
