Job Summary
General Manager responsible for directing daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with company standards across product preparation, delivery, customer relations, maintenance/repair, and inventory control; overseeing team management, recruiting and retention, and financial accountability; delivering high-quality products and services to customers while meeting performance metrics. Requires managerial experience (Popeyes 6 months or GM experience 1 year with another concept) and proven skills in communication, data analysis, leadership, and P&L interpretation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year General Manager experience with another concept
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to calculate and analyze data
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels
- Must be able to interpret Profit and Loss Statements
- Computer literate
