Job Summary
General Manager for a Popeyes restaurant responsible for directing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company standards across product prep/delivery, customer relations, maintenance and repair, inventory management, and team management including recruiting and retention, plus financial accountability and delivering the highest quality products and services. Requirements include managerial experience (six months at Popeyes or one year GM at another concept or current Area Manager recommendation), strong communication, data analysis, leadership, and ability to interpret Profit and Loss statements; proficient with computers.
Required Qualifications
