Job Summary

General Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure adherence to company standards across product preparation and delivery, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of staff, and financial accountability. The role requires directing operations, delivering high quality products and services to customers, and applying strong leadership and data-analysis skills. Candidates should have at least six months of Popeyes managerial experience or one year of General Manager experience with another concept, and must be able to interpret Profit and Loss statements and be computer literate.
