General Manager will direct daily restaurant operations, ensure adherence to company standards in product preparation, customer relations, maintenance and repair, inventory, team management, and financial accountability; responsible for recruiting/retaining staff and delivering high quality products and services to customers; requires leadership, data analysis, P&L interpretation, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year General Manager experience with another concept or be recommended by current Area Manager

- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels
- Ability to interpret Profit and Loss Statements
