Job Summary
General Manager responsible for directing the daily restaurant operations and ensuring compliance with company standards across product preparation and delivery, customer relations, maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, and recruitment/retention, with financial accountability and emphasis on delivering the highest quality products and services. Must have six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year GM experience elsewhere, and possess effective oral and written communication skills, data analysis ability, leadership, and the capacity to interpret Profit and Loss Statements and be computer literate.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year of General Manager experience with another concept or be recommended by current Area Manager.
