Job Summary
Direct the daily operations of a Popeyes restaurant in Saginaw, MI, ensuring compliance with company standards across product preparation, delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, and team management. Lead recruiting and retention of team members and maintain financial accountability; deliver the highest quality products and services to customers. Requires a minimum of six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year GM experience with another concept (or endorsement from current Area Manager). Candidate should demonstrate effective oral and written communication, data analysis and interpretation of Profit and Loss statements, strong leadership, and computer literacy.
