Job Summary
General Manager at Popeyes responsible for directing daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with company standards across product preparation and delivery, customer relations, maintenance and repair, inventory management, and team management including recruiting and retention, plus financial accountability and delivering high-quality products and services. Requires a minimum of six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year GM experience with another concept or a recommendation by the Area Manager, plus strong communication skills, data analysis ability, leadership capabilities, and proficiency in interpreting Profit and Loss statements and general computer literacy.
