Job Summary
General Manager responsible for directing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in areas including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention, and financial accountability. Ensures the highest quality products and services are delivered to customers. Requires six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year GM experience with another concept or a strong recommendation from the Area Manager; must have effective oral and written communication skills, data analysis ability, leadership, and capacity to communicate with all levels; must interpret Profit and Loss statements and be computer literate.
