Job Summary
Directs daily restaurant operations and ensures compliance with company standards across product preparation, service, maintenance, and inventory. Leads team management, recruiting and retention of team members, and financial accountability. Delivers high-quality products and services to customers. Requires six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year GM experience with another concept (or a recommendation from current Area Manager). Must have effective oral and written communication, data analysis, leadership, and the ability to interpret P&L statements, plus computer literacy.
