Job Summary
General Manager position directing daily restaurant operations and ensuring adherence to company standards across product preparation, customer relations, maintenance, inventory and team management. Responsibilities include recruiting/retention of team members, financial accountability, delivering high-quality products and services, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year GM experience with another concept or a recommendation by the Area Manager; must have strong communication, data-analysis, leadership abilities, and be able to interpret P&L statements and be computer literate.
