General Manager

General Manager responsible for directing the daily operations of a Popeyes restaurant in Morris, IL, ensuring compliance with company standards across product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention, and financial accountability; tasked with delivering the highest quality products and services to customers and interpreting Profit and Loss statements with leadership and data-driven decision making; must be computer literate and possess effective oral and written communication skills. Minimum qualifications include six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year GM experience with another concept, or a recommendation from the current Area Manager.
