Job Summary
Direct the daily operation of a restaurant as General Manager, ensuring adherence to company standards across product preparation/delivery, customer relations, maintenance, inventory, team management, recruitment and retention, and financial accountability; ensure top-quality products and services and oversee duties as required. Must demonstrate managerial experience (Popeyes or other concepts), strong communication and analytical abilities, leadership, data interpretation of P&L, and computer literacy to manage operations and drive performance.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of six months Popeyes managerial experience
- or one year of General Manager experience with another concept
- recommendation by current Area Manager
- effective oral and written communication skills
- ability to calculate and analyze data
- display effective leadership skills
- communicate with all levels
- interpret Profit and Loss Statements
- computer literate
