Oversee Popeyes restaurant operations as General Manager, ensuring customer and team satisfaction, adherence to brand standards, and profitability. Lead and develop a high-performing team, recruit, train, coach, and manage performance; ensure accurate timekeeping and payroll, scheduling, and daily deposits. Maintain food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, execute store policies and procedures, conduct inventories and daily reports, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards. Demonstrate strong leadership, professionalism, punctuality, initiative, and the ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays. The role also encompasses performing typical restaurant team member duties when needed.
