Job Summary
Lead the team to ensure execution of organizational objectives, achieve restaurant goals, and maintain profitability. Supervise day-to-day task assignments, manage recruiting, hiring, training, and performance management, and ensure accuracy of employee timekeeping and payroll reporting. Plan work schedules, coordinate daily activities, and maintain a clean restaurant while adhering to all safety, security, and regulatory standards. Prepare daily deposits, complete paperwork, conduct periodic inventories, and respond to customer complaints to ensure orders meet satisfaction levels. Must work all shifts including weekends and holidays, pass background checks, and possess a valid driver's license.

- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- This position requires constant standing, bending, and reaching
- Ability to perform tasks in all areas of the restaurant which may include exposure to the cold while working in the cooler/freezer and while maintaining the parking lot and exterior of the restaurant's perimeter
