Job Summary
Lead a high-performing team to ensure customer satisfaction, brand standards, and restaurant profitability. Supervise daily task assignments, manage recruiting, hiring, training, and performance management, and prepare work schedules. Execute safety, security, and quality policies while maintaining a clean restaurant and conducting periodic inventories. Handle customer complaints, manage payroll reporting, and prepare daily deposits. Adhere to all city, county, and state regulations. Work all shifts including weekends and holidays, requiring a valid driver's license and Serve Safe Certification.

- Ability to perform tasks in all areas of the restaurant which may include exposure to the cold while working in the cooler/freezer and while maintaining the parking lot and exterior of the restaurant's perimeter
