Job Summary
Establish objectives for operations and supervise daily shifts while procuring best practices. Resolve problems as they appear and model a passion for service with customers and employees. Manage end-of-day cash outs, place vendor orders, and coordinate front- and back-of-house operations. Take full ownership of the P&L, overseeing sales performance, cost control, and profitability through financial reporting. Organize schedules, track hours, and record payroll data. Coordinate recruitment, selection, and onboarding to maintain a complete team. Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards across food preparation areas and cooking services. Provide timely performance feedback and ensure staff development according to plan.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in a management position within the QSR industry
- Direct responsibility for P&L management
- Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant financials
- Experience in controlling food cost
- Experience in controlling labor cost
- Experience in driving profitability
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Experience in managing teams
- Experience in coaching teams
- Experience in developing teams
