Job Summary
General Manager at Playa Bowls will provide overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of a location, supervising a team including Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training staff; planning, directing, and evaluating work; enforcing health and safety regulations; managing budgets and payroll; scheduling employees; ensuring food quality, presentation, and consistency; coordinating deliveries and inventory; maintaining records for government agencies; and driving customer service excellence. Must ensure adherence to company standards, lead training programs, and foster a positive, entrepreneurial, and energetic workplace aligned with Playa Bowls’ values. Requires strong leadership, operations, and people-management skills, and completion of PB Food Safety certification within 3 months.
Required Qualifications
- PB Food Safety certification within 3 months of employment
- Must work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
