Job Summary
General Manager responsible for supervising restaurant managers and staff, ensuring opening/closing procedures and adherence to policies, maintaining order accuracy and guest service, managing inventory and labor targets, handling daily cash and cost controls, addressing customer complaints, coordinating scheduling and staffing, and ensuring sanitation and safety standards. The role includes overseeing labor percentages, approving weekly inventories, coordinating truck orders for food cost goals, recruiting and training team members, and working with the District Manager on performance coaching and staff development. Required skills include experience with POS systems and cash handling, basic computer knowledge, strong math and communication abilities, and the ability to resolve complaints; a manager certification is a plus.
