Lead the team with efficiency and professionalism to create the Buzz Life experience for every guest and team member. Hire, train, and motivate staff while enforcing brand standards, food safety protocols, and labor compliance. Drive sales, manage inventory, and maintain profitable operations by keeping food and labor costs within standard. Uphold a safe, harassment-free workplace and ensure Yelp and Google scores remain at 4.2 or higher. Execute daily schedules and resolve difficult conversations to foster accountability. This 45-hour weekly role includes an 8-week training period before awarding a store, with hourly pay ranging from $32.00 to $35.00. Potential monthly bonuses are available once a location is awarded.
