Oversee financial P&L reports, communicate with suppliers, and utilize systems including Pronet, Open Table, Zonal, and Harri for maintenance, bookings, and recruitment. Require minimum two years of general management experience in bars or restaurants, with a passion for food and confidence in delivering results. Salary up to £50,300 includes tronc earnings plus a bonus of up to £8,000, paid bi-weekly or via Wagestream. Required Qualifications
