Job Summary
General Manager for Peterbrooke Chocolatier in Ponte Vedra overseeing all daily store operations. Responsibilities include managing store operations, ensuring health and safety compliance, maintaining visual merchandising standards, optimizing cash handling and POS operations, achieving sales and profitability targets, developing local marketing and community partnerships, and leading a high-performing team through recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance evaluations. Requires strong leadership, customer service focus, inventory and financial acumen, and ability to work flexible weekends/holidays to deliver an exceptional chocolate retail experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3–5 years of retail management experience
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Experience with inventory management and cash handling
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
