Job Summary
Lead generation through Grass Roots Marketing, networking, and strategic campaign management to drive membership growth and prevent attrition. Implement sales processes to schedule prospects into intro classes while collecting outstanding dues and ensuring retail inventory accuracy. Manage staff schedules, hire and train Sales Associates and instructors, and independently make high-level customer service decisions. Maintain studio cleanliness, enforce policies, and utilize ClubReady for revenue and attendance reporting. Review instructor evaluations for mentorship and disciplinary action as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience
- Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Associates in sales
- Ability to manage and drive 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
- Must be fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills in person, on the telephone and via email
- Strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email
- Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement
- Affinity and passion for fitness
- Solid writing and grammar skills
- Highly organized
- Proficient in data management
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Professional, punctual, reliable and neat
