General Manager responsible for overseeing all restaurant operations at Perkins American Food Co. in Mason, OH. Drive day-to-day operations, lead and develop managers and team members to build a guest-focused culture, and ensure consistent execution of food quality, hospitality, and safety standards. Manage staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and training; monitor labor, food cost, and controllable expenses; resolve guest and team concerns with professionalism; foster a positive, accountable workplace culture; and perform additional duties as assigned. Strong emphasis on initiative, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 base, with a standard 48-hour work week and benefits package.
