Job Summary
The General Manager is responsible for directing hotel operations to maximize efficiency and profits while ensuring excellent guest service. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, department management across Sales, Engineering, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage, as well as developing annual budgets and analyzing monthly P&L results. The role requires a combination of leadership in sales and marketing, fiscal management, and maintaining brand standards. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant hotel management experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Resort/Hotel Management Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
