Job Summary
Direct all hotel operations to maximize efficiency, profits, and guest satisfaction through strategic policy implementation and departmental oversight of Sales, Engineering, Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B. Prepare annual budgets with department heads, analyze monthly P&L results and STR data, and develop comprehensive sales and marketing plans to support revenue objectives. Monitor financial variances, allocate operating budgets, and execute strategies to capitalize on market opportunities while maintaining brand standards and safety protocols. Lead the team to reach full potential, perform special projects, and adhere to all operational and legal standards. Flexible scheduling required for holidays, nights, and weekends based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of Hotel Management Experience
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to hear, understand and communicate orally and in writing
- Ability to bend and twist, push, and pull, stoop, and kneel
- Will be required to work flexible scheduled shifts based on business needs
- Scheduling includes holidays, nights, and weekends depending on hotel events and functions
- Adhere to attendance and reliability standards
