Job Summary
Deliver quality products and service in a clean, safe environment while maintaining speed and accuracy consistent with company standards. Treat co-workers with respect, offer encouragement and motivation, and ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Manage equipment, facilities, and grounds to uphold brand standards. This role offers a monthly base salary plus 50% of store profits, with an annual performance bonus. No late nights or holidays are required; shifts run Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Full-time staff receive health, vision, and dental benefits. Minimum two years of restaurant experience and age 21 or older are required.
