Job Summary
General Manager for a Dunkin’ franchise in West Palm Beach area, responsible for overall operation of the restaurant in accordance with Dunkin standards. Leads a team to deliver great guest experiences, drives top-line sales, manages hiring, scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and cost metrics, and ensures ServSafe practices. Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience managing employees in the restaurant industry as a General Manager, preferably in a quick service restaurant (QSR) environment
- 1 year of interviewing and determining hiring decisions
- 1 year of scheduling experience
- 1 year of inventory and truck ordering experience
- 1 year of cash handling experience
- 1 year of customer service experience
- 1 year of managing food and labor costs/metrics
- A leader and role model for the employees
- Top - notch customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- A passion to drive numbers
- Proven experience building winning teams
- High school Diploma/Equivalency
- Valid Driver's License
