Job Summary
General Manager responsible for the overall operation of the Dunkin franchise in Palm Beach and Brevard counties, leading staff to deliver great guest experiences and profitable top-line sales. Oversees hiring, scheduling, inventory and truck ordering, cash handling, and managing food and labor cost metrics. Requires strong leadership, superb customer service, and the ability to drive results; ServSafe certification is preferred. Must have at least 1 year of people-management experience in a restaurant setting, high school diploma/equivalency, and a valid driver’s license; background check required. Franchisees set wage/benefit programs; Training and development opportunities are provided; role emphasizes team-building and achieving performance goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school Diploma/Equivalency
- Valid Driver's License
- Must submit to a background check
- Active ServSafe Certification preferred
- At least 18 years of age
- 1 year of experience managing employees in the restaurant industry as a General Manager (preferably in a QSR)
- 1 year of interviewing and determining hiring decisions
- 1 year of scheduling experience
- 1 year of inventory and truck ordering experience
- 1 year of cash handling experience
- 1 year of customer service experience
- 1 year of managing food and labor costs/metrics
