Job Summary
Lead and coach your team through every shift to deliver high standards for safety, cleanliness, speed, and quality. Manage daily operations including scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and executing company checklists. Oversee purchasing, inventory control, accounting, and payroll while tracking controllable costs to meet profitability goals. Recruit, train, and develop Zealots, ensuring all food safety and health standards are upheld. Maintain facility and equipment functionality. Schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays, with blackout shifts for Halloween, Super Bowl Sunday, and New Year's Eve. Requires a Food Manager Safety Certification and successful CTR sign-off. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume environment
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Must hold or obtain a valid Food Manager Safety Certification
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Successful sign-off by a Certified Training Restaurant (CTR)
- Completion of all Opus training courses
- Approval from a Zalat Training Coordinator or Director of Training
- Must pass a mandatory background check
- Must be available to work high-volume blackout shifts: Halloween (and closest Saturday), Super Bowl Sunday, New Year's Eve
