Job Summary
Monitor product quality and customer service standards, identify deficiencies, and follow up with direct reports to address concerns. Professionally respond to all customer issues, solicit feedback, and use it to improve operations and build brand loyalty. Oversee recruiting efforts, establish performance expectations, conduct reviews, and take disciplinary action as needed. Manage sales goals against budget by addressing deficiencies in ticket average and order frequency, while ensuring food, labor, and controllable costs stay within budget using the FOCUS System. Plan inventory levels, manage assets, ensure safety and security standards, and oversee preventative maintenance. Execute administrative and cash management duties, and implement team recognition programs to retain high performers.
