Job Summary
Lead restaurant operations end-to-end, owning people, product, financials, and culture. Recruit, train, and develop every team member; conduct performance evaluations; manage scheduling and conflicts to build a talent bench. Oversee budgets, control food and labor costs, monitor sales targets, and maintain a healthy P&L. Set and uphold service standards to ensure guests have a superior experience, handle escalations, and convert every guest interaction into loyalty. Ensure stock management, safety and health compliance, promotional execution, and pricing integrity, keeping the store aligned with Papa John’s standards with consistency and integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years in restaurant management or supervision
- High school diploma or GED required
- ServSafe or local/state food service certification
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
