Manage all functions of a Papa John's restaurant to ensure high-quality products, customer service, and profitability. Build a system of quality with team members to meet standards and accurately reflect customer orders while professionally responding to concerns. Actively recruit and train staff, maintain adequate staffing levels, and conduct performance reviews with appropriate disciplinary action. Manage sales goals against budget by training on products and executing local marketing, while controlling food, labor, and other costs using the FOCUS System. Oversee inventory levels, equipment maintenance, and safety standards to minimize loss and ensure compliance with all laws.
