Manage and assume responsibility for all functions of a Papa John's restaurant to ensure high quality products, customer service, and profitability. Build a system of quality by communicating, training, and promoting standards using the Operations Manual and Team Member Handbook. Actively recruit, orient, and train team members while conducting performance reviews and taking disciplinary action as needed. Manage sales goals against budget by building check averages through product training and executing creative local marketing. Control food, labor, and other costs within budget using the FOCUS System and manage inventory to minimize loss. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws while maintaining safety, security, and equipment standards. Maintain adequate staffing levels according to projected sales and drive a culture of teamwork and accountability.
