Job Summary
Lead daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, and execute local marketing to drive sales. Recruit, train, and develop team members while maintaining full training compliance and accurate Pizza Academy records. Control food, labor, and mileage costs through precise weekly inventory counts and manage cash handling and shift accountability. Keep the inspection-ready by overseeing cleaning schedules, preventive maintenance, and equipment care. Work average 50 hours/week with required presence on peak business days including holidays and long weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Prior restaurant or retail management experience
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and peak business days
- High sense of urgency, dependability, and accountability
Desired Qualifications
- Pizza experience preferred
- Previous Papa Johns Shift Leader experience is highly desirable
