Job Summary
Manages and assumes responsibility for all functions of a Papa John’s restaurant, ensuring high quality products and customer service for profitability. Responsibilities include executing Company policies, managing operations, ensuring compliance with laws, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Requires critical thinking, customer focus, and the ability to develop team members. Must demonstrate flexibility and initiative in directing and motivating the restaurant team to deliver quality service and maintain high operational standards. The position is exempt and requires standing, lifting, and working in various conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years’ successful restaurant management or supervision experience
- Ability to manage with no supervision
- Customer service skills
- Ability to handle and resolve customer issues
- Basic accounting skills
Additional Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
