Job Summary
General Manager role overseeing restaurant operations including opening/closing, inventory and cash management, quality control of products, customer service, hiring and training of team members, and daily functions with a focus on restaurant growth. Opportunity to become Owner/Operator of local restaurants; offered salary is guaranteed with total monthly pay varying based on performance and effort. Required Qualifications
- Must have at least 1 year General Management Experience in any field
- Must have open availability
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass a motor vehicle record check
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to pass a sex offender check
- Must have a general understanding of inventory and labor control
- Must have a general understanding of computers
