Job Summary
Lead a bakery-cafe Panera in Milwaukee as General Manager, owning all aspects of operations and people leadership. responsibilities include staffing and scheduling, hiring/onboarding, coaching and developing team members, maintaining guest service excellence, ensuring quality standards and compliance with health and safety regulations, managing costs and inventory, and driving strategic initiatives and Panera’s Guiding Values to create a welcoming, high-performance culture. Requires able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends; 18+; strong business acumen and proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop others in a fast-paced setting; ServSafe certification or ability to obtain.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of restaurant General Manager experience preferred
- ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve)
