Job Summary
General Manager responsible for directing restaurant operations to meet company standards in customer satisfaction, service speed, food production, safety and sanitation, staffing, maintenance, and financial accountability. Oversees hiring, training, supervision, evaluation of 3–10 staff per shift; manages scheduling, payroll-related activities, inventory, and cash handling; ensures adherence to quality, safety, and sanitation policies; leads staffing and customer service enhancements; drives cost control, forecasting, and revenue optimization; maintains facility standards and communicates results through regular reporting; actively markets the restaurant within the local community and ensures compliance with brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work with customers in a fast paced environment
- Ability to positively lead and supervise others
- Ability to achieve company objectives with a minimum of daily supervision
- Must be able to read or understand English-language operating manuals, procedure manuals and employee handbooks
- Must be able to understand and speak fluently in English
