Job Summary
Senior General Manager responsible for full P&L ownership of a single Service Center, leading safety-focused operations, staff development, and customer satisfaction; manage budgeting, forecasting, and operational efficiency; drive profitability, implement safety and incident follow-ups; coordinate with regional leadership and account managers; ensure readiness for peak seasons and emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- CDL B with appropriate endorsements based on Service Center needs
- 6+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations or field-based environments
- Experience leading people managers, not just individual contributors
- Willingness and ability to champion and enforce safety standards every day
