Job Summary
Lead coaching and sales functions by maintaining a minimum of 15 classes weekly, delivering high-energy OTF sessions, and managing studio revenue including new memberships, renewals, and retail. Own the full sales process from inquiry to signed membership while executing lead generation and community outreach strategies. Develop and manage the coaching and sales teams by building schedules in MindBody, conducting performance reviews, and recruiting talent directly from the member base. Ensure studio readiness through strict cleanliness standards, preventative maintenance, and facility management. Report weekly KPIs to the Regional Business Manager and drive membership growth by creating a culture where members stay for the people.
Required Qualifications
- Current nationally recognized fitness certification from an OTF-approved provider (e.g., ACSM, ACE PT/GFI, NASM, NSCA, AFAA PT/GFI)
- Current CPR/AED certification
- OTF Coach certification or ability to obtain
- 2-3 years of coaching experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage operations and lead a team
- Strong sales acumen and comfort managing revenue performance
- Flexible schedule availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to actively demonstrate and perform all exercises throughout each class
- Ability to remain standing and vocal for the duration of a 60-minute workout
- Must be able to lift, move, and demonstrate use of all studio equipment including treadmills, rowers, dumbbells, TRX systems, medicine balls, Bosu balls, and ab dollies
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Perform all duties on-site
- Full-time role requiring flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in a studio management or head coach role
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Business, or related field
- Familiarity with MindBody Online or similar scheduling/CRM systems
